Impeccably Clean
We had unit #1 – ground floor easternmost, and it was lovely. Outstanding rear deck right on the water. The unit was impeccably clean, updated, and fully met our needs. We will return to this heavenly spot.

A Dream Vacation
This was my first solo vacation, and it was near perfection. Dyer’s Beach House is immaculate, well kept, and all the rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean. While not lavish or extravagant, it is very nicely appointed and extremely comfortable. I am already fantasizing about my next just-me vacation at Dyer’s.

Incredibly Relaxing
What a great place to stay in Ptown. If you are looking for an elegant spot on Commercial Street without the noise of being right on the street then this is your place. Dyer’s Beach House is incredibly relaxing whilst also being close to the hustle and bustle near by! If you’re lucky you can also snag parking on site.

Spectacular Gem of Provincetown
We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay for our 20th wedding anniversary! Liz was an absolute pleasure to deal with, helping with recommendations when asked (this was our first visit to the Cape). The room fixtures were very nice and well maintained. We enjoyed our own oceanfront view from a sliding glass door leading to the deck.

ON SEASON – Mid-June thru Mid-September
OFF-SEASON Mid-May thru Mid-June and Mid-September thru Mid-October
- Double occupancy plus tax
- Call for availability
- 3 night minimum
- Cancellations made within 5 days will forfeit deposits. Deposits are one nights stay exceptions are event weeks.
- We are a small establishment. All of our 5 rooms provide a full water view, outdoor waterfront seating and similar amenities. Reservations made for less than one week stay may be subject to room assignment based on availability. We try to give guests the room of their choice realizing sentimentality plays a role, however availability is the determining factor.

- We do not refund early departures
- No guests under 18 please!
