Our accommodations are meticulously kept, the private deck offers a splendid spot to relax day and night. There is always parking for one car and a well behaved dog is always welcome. This space is very centrally located. It is managed by Dyer’s Beach Properties and someone is always on hand should you have any requests. There is a mid week trash service included in your stay. Housekeeping can be ordered for extended stays.

Location, Location
We loved our stay at this property. The location really can’t be beat, central to everything and making trips to both the east and west ends easy. The property itself was very clean and easily accommodated our 6 guests. There isn’t a ton of indoor communal hangout space, but the lovely sun deck was an added bonus.

Fantastic Location
Great stay in the upstairs unit at Dyer’s Barn. Fantastic location. Very quiet, but only a half-block to Commercial Street where everything is. Winthrop Street is just a short 2 minute walk from Boat Slip or Spiritus Pizza. Upstairs unit has a HUGE private deck off the back. Nice kitchen and living area.

ON SEASON – Mid-June thru Mid-September
OFF-SEASON Mid-May thru Mid-June and Mid-September thru Mid-October
- Week rentals run Saturday to Saturday
- Call for availability
- 4 night minimum off season
- Cancellations made within 5 days will forfeit deposits.
- Apartment rental pays a departure cleaning fee of $300 and a refundable security fee of $300
- If a pet is coming the security fee can be raised to $1,000
- We do not refund early departures.
